SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer international delivery on all purchases. Please note that orders must be received and payment cleared before 2pm Monday – Friday to be eligible for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day delivery is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered one day after the Bank Holiday ends. Please be aware that all deliveries must be signed for, so do make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrive.

UK SHIPPING

FREE UK delivery on all products.

1. Our bracelets and orders below £150 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. Please notice that these Items weigh up to 100g and come as a “large letter”. 

2. For all orders above £150 orders are sent by Royal Mail special delivery (For next working day). To leave the same day, your order must be placed by 12 noon GMT. This service is ideal for valuable Items. Offer compensation for loss or damage.

3. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 2-3 working days.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING (Air Maill)

1. FREE european delivery on Items over £200. Sent by Royal Mail international tracked and signed.

2. For all orders Below £200 , orders are sent by Royal Mail international tracked and signed and have a cost of £7.00

3. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 3-5 working days.

USA AND REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

1. FREE delivery on Items over £200. Sent by Royal Mail international tracked and signed.

2. For all orders Below £200 , orders are sent by Royal Mail international tracked and signed and have a cost of £9.00

3. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is  6 – 10 working days.

DELIVERY

UK orders should arrive in 2-3 days.

European orders should take 5 – 6 working days.

For the USA, Canada and Far East orders should take 6 – 10 working days.

For the Rest of the World orders will take appx 10 – 12 working days.
